Session 1 - In this session you will learn the scriptural foundation of “gifts”. This session sets the tone and establishes the base for the entire training process. Subjects include Gift Giver, Gift Creator, Gift Developer & Enabler, Gifts as Body Parts and Let Us Use Them.

Session 2 - Your spiritual gifts are expressed through your unique personality. This session focuses on self discovery of your personality gift given at birth by utilizing the MBTI® (Myers Briggs Type Indicator). We also discuss the personality types of Jesus as demonstrated in scripture.

Session 3 - Each individual will receive their personalized MBTI® results and companion materials. Clarifying and Teambuilding exercises will solidify this discovery process. Time is also given for question/answer and discussion.

Session 4 - This session focuses on Spiritual Gifts identification as well as providing affirmation of both your individual gifts and appreciation of others gifts and contributions.

Session 5 - Participants are given a direct application opportunity by way of dynamic small group processing. This session provides tangible practice to the knowledge gained in previous sessions. Groups walk away with ministry ideas that can immediately apply within their church and community.

Session 6 - During this session, each small group is given the chance to present their ministry idea for the benefit of the larger group. A debriefing process will follow along with a wrap up of the entire training and challenge for the future.
